How Levels Missions and Ranks work?

Missions

Each missions requires 50 words first get your mission from your kage he will give these out as he sees fit they are as such, A rank and S rank missions and so forth the ninja will not be allowd to bring anything linking them to their village. Your not to say where your from at any point, these missions are to be done anonymously and stealthy. If the enemy captures you you will be interrogated you can opt to kill yourself before being forced to talk. You can tell them where you are from and risk getting your village sent on, Its also possible that they will trade for you so don't be too hasty when considering this option. Or you may become a slave this is at the sole discretion of the Kage of that land.

D Rank Missions=1000 exp 500 ryo given to genin beat up do not kill someone from another village these will be against other genin, it is more of a sparring session however its possible your opponent might try to take it further if that's the case you can choose to try to kill him or end the mission and go home. This is not punishable by either side, It is a mission if you couldn't handle it shouldn't have attacked. If you choose to go home you will still be awarded for the mission. These are missions paid by the kage.

C Rank Missions=1500 exp 1000 ryo given out to chunin or highly qualifyed genin this is virtually the same except that the level of competition is higher and now there is a cash prize that will go to the winner. 10,000 dollars will be paid to the winners village It is very common for these to turn into death matches. There usually organized by rich people craving blood.

B Rank Missions=2000 exp 1500 ryo these missions are given out to jonin level ninja pr very highly skilled chunnin, like the others these missions of a fight between two highly trained ninja. Although these are fights where death is demanded these are paid by the Daimyos of the land waging shinobi battles for military might.

A Rank missions=2500 exp 2000 ryo These missions are given out to Only jonin Ninjas. These are capture or assasination missions the ninja will be sent out to kill or capture a ninja whose profile is entered in the bingo book. Could be a rouge ninja or one belonging to a village, these missions are paid for by the headhunters scattered around the world.

S rank missions=3000 exp 3000 ryo These missions are given to the ambu black ops special forces squad it entails sneaking into the enemy village and stealing an object or a secret. In the worst case it might also mean the erradication of a whole clan. These missions are paid for by the Daimyo.

Village secrets

If you invade a village you will random roll to see if you were successfull
1. you were seen you will have to fight your way out
2. your mission was a sucess
3. your mission was a super success you got two village secrets

Knowing a villages secrets are the differnce between success and failure of a SS Rank mission. This is the erradication of the entire village. This is not so much a mission as it is a full scale war, every member from the village is required to fight to the death. The village that has the most knowlege of the other village will have a clear advantage because every ninja from that village will get to attack first.

Wiping Out a village

This means that whatever weapons special items jutsus and money are stolen from the village and given to the winner. For example if the byakugan was in the hidden leaf and the sound succesfully destroyed it the byakugan would now be there. Meaning the Hyugga would now be born in the sound.

you are able to leave your village when you become a chunin. But must return if called upon by your kage or you will be labeled a missing nin and tracked down and murdered.Also you will lead the new genin or you will help around the village.
when you reach the set goals of your respective kage, you can test to be jonin

When you become jonin, you are under strict obligation to protect those in your village, if it is found out you could have helped and didnt, strict action will occur the highest price being your death by the hands of the kage himself. Also jonin are allowd to go on special missions of S rank by themselves or whoever they feel fit to bring.

The kage then picks out of these high class shinobi to be his personal guard the ambu black ops, In these positions are 5 trackers also known as inferno squad. 5 Personal guard who follow the kage making sure nothing happens, and 5 super ninjas who go on SS missions, of espionage and very high profile cases,

The Kage is the highest and most powerfull,He is resonsible for all in his village and making the tough decisions of who lives and dies, he is still able to go on missions but is highly advised against as the people can be attacked by anyone on these missions, and without a kage your village is fucked lol. Hes able to make and give any mission to anyone in his village that is non negotiable. A kage can only lose his status from inactivity of a week, retiring, or if he dies. if inactive the kage will lose 10 jutsus in each class and return to jonin, to never be kage in that village again.
Retired kages:are free to do whatever they want,obviosly there actions will still have concequences though.

The only person the kage anwers to is the Daimyo of each land, He is under strict rules to do whatever the daimyo says, the staff is the only daimyos.
